Nizi International was established in 1898, and is one of the oldest companies in Europe in its field of marketing, trading and distribution of raw materials to foundries, steelworks and other metal industries.
Over the last decades, the Company has developed and expanded its activity to be a global supplier of raw materials through a network of own representation and sales offices
Nizi International is owned by the Norwegian company Holta Invest AS since January 2010. Holta Invest AS is a private investment company, 100 % owned by Mr. Kjetil Holta. Holta Invest represents a long industrial history in Norway dating back to the establishment of TINFOS in 1894; Holta Invest was the majority owner of TINFOS AS until the TINFOS GROUP was sold to Eramet in 2008. Mr. Holta is an active owner involved in the day to day business as Chairman.
