European REACH Regulation
Nizi International is fully aware of the European REACH regulation and working to be compliant within the timescales specified by REACH.
Our efforts will focus on three areas:
- Where Nizi International is an importer of substances, the Company will take the necessary steps, within the required timescales, to register these substances for known identified uses.
- Where Nizi International is a downstream user of substances, the Company is in contact with suppliers to ensure that timely registration is achieved.
- Future suppliers to Nizi International and any additional substances that the Company elect to manufacture in or import to Europe will be REACH compliant.
